Nirmal Ujjwal Credit Co-operative Society is a Board-managed organisation. The responsibility for the day-to-day management of operations of the Bank is vested with the Secretary, who draw upon the support and expertise of a cross-disciplinary Top Management Team. Nirmal Ujjwal Credit Co-operative Society employee base includes professionals from the fields of accountancy, management, law, computer technology, banking and economics.

Every society needs a person to stand well above the rest to propel its advancement. The Indian state of Maharashtra has found one such magnanimous personality in Mr. Pramod Manmode. A man who is known by his deeds - Pramod Manmode stands apart as a living example. Making the young Indians to come up as winners is the major motto of Mr Manmode.
It is for this reason that he has ushered in strengthening the sagging co-operative movement in Vidarbha. The founding of Nirmal Ujjwal Credit Co-operative Society has helped him to realize the major part of his dreams. Today, the Society has grown with some 33 branches in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. It also has a total strength of more than 30904 members (share holders).
Securing an agricultural or animal husbandry loan from any governmental or any other private institutions involve a lot of paper works that a poor farmer have to afford. But, this is not the case with Nirmal Ujjwal. Manmode, seeking a way to curb down this plight, made it easier to grant financial helps to needy farmers to meet their needs.
He also realized the need of the lower and/or middle income group individuals to possess a house of their own. Today, Nirmal Ujjwal also provides their members employees, daily coordinators, and customers to have their own home under Nirmal Nagari Development Project.
By profession, Mr. Pramod Manmode is a successful businessman. He owns and manages Nirmiti Gaurav Pvt Ltd, a construction and real estate firm especially for the LMIG. He brings along with him a lot of experience that eventually scripts the success of Nirmal Ujjwal Credit Co-operative Society.
Since the year 2000 onwards Pramod Manmode has been the Vice President of the Co-operative Cell, Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee. His political career has also enabled him to realize the present day requirement of rural India.
Apart from all this, Manmode also possess a keen interest in art and culture. He has been the ex-vice chairman of All India Marathi Drama Academy, Nagpur Branch, and serves as the chairman of Bharatiya Sanskutik Manda, Nagpur.

Dr. Surekha Jichkar has joined Nirmal Ujjwal Credit Cooperative Society (Multistate), Nagpur as Group CEO. She is also the Director, Nirmal Urban Cooperative Bank.
Dr. Jichkar would be steering Operations and Strategy for the new leap that the organizations under the umbrella of Nirmal Group are aiming to achieve.
Dr. Jichkar carries with her rich experience of 30 years in corporate world as well as academia.
Dr. Jichkar holds multiple qualifications.
She got her Ph.D from Nagpur University. She has done her MBA in Marketing & Finance, M.Sc. and M.Phil in Zoology, LLB and PGD in Human Rights of Vedic Women. She has also earned bachelor’s degrees in Biology and English Literature.
She has worked at NECO Industries Pvt. Ltd. at top level management position.
She was editor with Nagpur Times for their Magazine section. She was General Manager – Administration and subsequently General Manager – Finance with KRIMS Hospital, Nagpur.

She was Honorary Coordinator and Officiating Director with Department of Business Management of Nagpur University. Her last assignments were with IMT Nagpur and IMT-CDL Ghaziabad, ranked amongst the top ten B-schools of India. At IMT-CDL she was Associate Professor as well as handled responsibilities as Chairperson-Placements, Chairperson-MDPs and Chairperson-Part time MBA Programme. Dr. Surekha Jichkar belongs to a renowned political family with high social regards. She is the daughter of ex MP and MLA Shri. Madhaorao Patil and sister-in-law of ex home minister of Maharashtra Dr. Shrikant Jichkar. She is married to Mr. Shekhar Jichkar, an eminent business person and a proud mother to two bright children, Siddhant Jichkar , a BE (Mechanical-Honors) from UCE, London and Sanghmitra Jichkar, a fashion designer from B.D.Somani, Mumbai, presently working as Merchandise Manager with ‘Hue Fashions”, Mumbai. Dr. Jichkar is known for her multitasking skills, analytical ability and interpersonal skills. She assigns high values to integrity and hard work. Dr. Surekha Jichkar is an avid lover of arts as well. She is proficient in Indian classical music as well as dance. She loves to paint during her leisure hours.
